Tin mining activities in the Bangka Belitung Islands have been going on for a long time. A number of literates noted that tin this area had begun 1709 AD. occurs massively when government opens tap which was originally only allowed to be mined by certain parties, context PT. and Kobatin, can anyone, including general public. As result, became out control. mines target not areas such as rivers, plantation areas, but also kelekak contains local plants typical region. Kelekak is name plantations people region contain plants. On other hand, Law No. 29 2000 concerning Protection Plant Varieties, one requires protection varieties part conservation biodiversity. Massive mining, especially land, well free access certainly has an impact efforts protect varieties. This empirical juridical research aims determine existence varieties, problems regulation associated with permits mining. From results study, it found regulatoryly, there are parts do support each between Mineral Coal Mining Law, Number 32 2009 Environmental Management, PVP currently effect. In addition, The land contained plants, turned into tin-added turn kolong (small lake).
